The cost of printing on textiles depends on the following parameters:
- size of a printed surface
- number of colors in the model
- color of the printed products
- printing runs
Cost is calculated individually in the conversation with the manager of "Full Print"
Model requirements
- made in Adobe Illustrator (not above the 10th version included)
- color model CMYK, file format *. eps
- all letters converted to curves
- all Stroke should be transferred to Fill
- minimum width / height of objects — 0,2 mm
- minimum distance between objects — 0,2 mm
- all colors should be indicated on pantone
- as possible — to get rid of the gradients
- raster images inserted in Illustrator, should be in scale 1:1, CMYK, resolution is 150-200 dpi
- for model to color textile necessarily the presence of Clipping path. Before inserting it in Illustrator this image saved in *. psd or Photoshop EPS with options TIFF (8 bits / pixel), JPEG (maximum quality)
- images should be Embedded, but not Linked images
- in menu Document Setup (File/Document Setup/Printing&Export) specify the Output Resolution — 2400 dpi, Gradient Mesh Resolution 150 ppi (300 ppi, if there are the gradients or raster images)
If your model is prepared in Corel Draw, it should be exported to Adobe Illustrator, format *. eps (not *. ai), the menu File / Export
with settings:
- format TIFF, PSD
- scale 1:1
- 200-220 dpi resolution
- CMYK color mode
